Aries (March 21-April 19) -

Taurus (April 20-May 20) -
Burnt orange steam hissing and bursting forth from rock. Restless water sliding its tongue across a fire that is climbing through the darkness. Habitat.
Gemini (May 21-June 21) -
Intestines of fish being carried by the wind through a ridged, sandy desert. The starving mouth a barren tree devouring its own leaves.
Cancer (June 22-July 22) -
That wound on your lower back gushing blood that pours into the sea. You arch your neck toward the pain and the sun stands still in the sky.
Leo (July 23-August 22) -
First, you are There. Ferns crunching under your feet in an old growth forest. Then you're laying on river rocks in a dried creek bed with an unseen wound crippling you. Someone is putting their feet on your throat and laughing. I think you might even be dying.
Virgo (August 23-September 22) -
Branches of an elm tree grasping. Lower half of your mother's face, her long red hair illuminated. Blue dress hiding in the dusk. Neck blooms toward darkening sky. Vulnerable.

Hold the pictures of your children who haven't been born. Blurry and out of focus. Your child offers you handfuls of hyacinths and vetches but you turn away, unable to bear their purity.
Scorpio (October 24-November 21) -
Come and find Me on the shores of the New continent when you're no longer afraid. Stir in Me.
Sagittarius (November 22-December 21) -
Iron gates painted blue and opening toward a child dressed in white standing on a river bed. A Mother whispers something Eternal in his ear and he wades into the murky water that crawls into a dusky sky holding a flickering candle whose flame was born to be gentle to darkness.
Capricorn (December 22-January 19) -
No birds of prey waiting for you to land and seek shelter. Someone walk Upstairs and turn the Light on. The moon appears and sometimes hides behind a cumulus cloud.
Aquarius (January 20-February 18) -
The translucent fingers of a newborn. A boy has a seizure on your lawn. Water the soil around the tree.
Pisces (February 19-March 20) -
Spread out on a blanket on the cool, rich earth, curling in the mouth of your lover. Each other's breath living in tongues and teeth and lips and hands on breasts.
